ART FESTIVAL

IT IS WITH GREAT REGRET THAT WE MUST CANCEL OUR WILD AND SCENIC ARTS FESTIVAL ON THE TRINITY.  WE HOPE TO RESCHEDULE NEXT YEAR.


CALL FOR ART

Studio 299 has selected the winner of the 2008 Taste of Willow Creek poster contest. We thank all those who participated.

The winner is Sandra Sterrenberg with her watercolor.


CALL FOR POETRY AND DRAWINGS

Mountain Voices, the poetry branch of Studio 299, is calling for local poetry and drawings from locals.  For guidelines go to the Mountain Voices page.

WILLOW CREEK WORLD MUSIC FESTIVAL August 9th at Veterans Park promises to be a day of wonderful music and new experiences. We are expecting a diverse audience. Young and old will enjoy the global nature of our line-up. Opening with the Bear Clan Drummers and Elk Thunder Raven Dancers and Story Teller and continuing with world class music from Sukhawat Ali-Khan who played for the Dalai Lama, along with music from the Andes from Huayllipacha, Native American Flute  from Albert Tanaya, Gypsy Jazz from the Tom Toohey Trio, and a special performance by Award winning childrens performer, Lisa Monet.
Tickets are at a non-profit price
$20 Adult
$10 Children
$40 Family Pass
Come and enjoy yourselves. Food available, as varied as the music, or bring a picnic. Please come and support us so that we can continue to bring excellent music to Willow Creek
